FAQ
Questions people ask first
Is BondWell a replacement for emergency care?
No. BondWell is for scheduled therapy sessions, not urgent or emergency situations. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or the nearest hospital right away.
How much does a session cost?
Each therapist sets their own session price and packages, shown clearly on their profile before you book. Packages usually cost less per session than booking one at a time.
How do I pay?
Payments are handled in the app through our licensed payment provider, which supports cards and mobile wallets. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Can I cancel or reschedule a session?
Yes — you can cancel an upcoming session from the app. Refunds follow the cancellation windows described in our Terms of Service.
Who can see what I write in the app?
Messages you send to a therapist are visible to that therapist. Messages you send to support are visible to the support team. We do not sell your data, and we only disclose it where the law requires it — the Privacy Policy explains this in detail.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from inside the app, or send a request from our account deletion page. We'll confirm once it's done.
